I'd suggest to take it from both directions - start learning Russian and watchmaking in English online (
https://www.watchfix.com, youtube and so on).
This way you can definitely learn how to service simple movements, replace parts from donors and so on within 3-4 weeks. This will also help to gather required tools.
Once you know basics it will be a lot easier to take local courses or find a tutor in Russian even if your language is still weak.
