Сачетто - это внутренняя обивка, её шьют по особым лекалам, чтобы ботинки сидели на ногах как перчатки. Гудиер - способ крепления подошвы к ботинкам. Я конечно не обувщик, но вроде бы вижу и рант и шов на подошве гудиеровский.
