Fabric was woven in Okayama on vintage shuttle looms and was unimaginably hard to produce. It uses a size 1 x 0.5 thick yarn which is the same used to make heavy carpet or sailboat sails. Sewing these jeans required 3 sewing operators to build 2 pairs per day.
