1. Winding Direction
You can wind it up both direction.
We suggest customers to make it rotate alternately, for example, repeating 5 minutes in clockwise and 5 minutes in counterclockwise.
2. Turns per day
Actually it is difficult to say how many times because it depends on the function of winding machine.
We would like to explain only as a basic guide.
2-1. Keeping full-winding
It is necessary for this movement to be rotated 930 times for full-winding (running 40 hours).
However, in general, it is difficult to wind fully by machine.
Because more strict the spring is wound, heavier the load against the rotor, then it would be difficult to wind up by gravity only.
2-2. Winding for keeping the condition of watch moving
For this level, it is enough to wind 75% of full, which means around 700 times (75% of 930 times) and possible to make by machine.
