Fedex service was not possible, because there are more then 5 different items.
So we will use DHL PREMIUM service, which is equivalent to Fedex Express service.
The order should reach you within a few days.

I‘m sorry for this, it seems that you didn’t receive the mail with the tracking e-mail.

The package reached Russia on 27th April and will be delivered in a few days.

You sent the parcel with the regular Deutsche Post, which is the equivalent to Russian Post, - the slowest way of the delivery of existing in Russia.
At the moment the parcel is in Kaliningrad, Russia and it will take at least 10 days to get the item from there. But most of all, even much longer..
So, tell me, pls, why don't you want to return me the money for the Express FedEx delivery?
I paid for it as per cultizm.com information
I fully understand the reason, why did not you send my order via FedEx - to many items in the parcel.
But I paid for FedEx!!!
All the other ways of the delivery had to be for free for me as per cultizm.com, because my order exceeded RUB 6.149
You had to inform me, that you could not ship the order via FedEx and to wait for my decision
But you took my money and sent the parcel in a way I had not to pay for at all !!!
Look, I have no desire to involve PayPal in our misunderstanding. But if you don't refund me the delivery costs, I will find time and opportunity to fight for my rights
So, I am waiting for my money

Hello again Alexander,
after checking the issue again, we decided to refund the money for the Express shipping.
We used Germany Post Premium service, which is equal to “Express shipping” by post. I totally understand it is not fast as Fedex.
The shipping fee of 30 EUR were refunded to your PayPal account a moment ago.
Hope you don’t mind the trouble and of course I apologize for the misunderstanding.
Next time we will be able to use Fedex, if the order does not exceed 5 items.
