Нашел инструкцию - ничего не понял :-( Фото через полтора часа выложу
"1. Take out the movement stem. Unscrew the fix movement screws to remove the movement.
2. Take apart the small second hand at 9hr (other hands no need).
3. Take out VX3NE movement together with dial from MD005/VX3NE combinatorial movement.
4. Take apart the battery from the bottom of VX3NE movement for changing.
5. Re-assemble VX3NE movement on to the MD005/-VX3NE and then re-assemble the small second hand at 9hr.
6. Screw the fix movement screws"
