Пришел ответ от брокера в штатах, так что дело не только в почте России, судя по всему оборот почтовых отправлений вырос очень значительно за последние несколько лет, и им проще заплатить чем разыскивать. А заплатят заявленную стоимость (которая для простоты у нас лимитирована 200 евро) вот и жалуйся теперь Пан Ге Муну.
