If it's luminescence you are looking for, the Super Luminova (SL) found today is far superior to the tritium enhanced dials. The only disadvantage of SL is that it needs to be 'charged' and looses it's luminescence in a relatively short time (hours). The tritium based dials have an intrinsic lume and do not need charging, but the tritium does decompose with it's half life being 12.3 years. That means that after 25 years you still have 25% of the tritium left which is more than enough to emit beta radiation needed to excite the luminescent material (usually zinc sulfide). After 50 years, you have ~6% left which can still produce a faint lume
Типа тритий светится всегда и без света
его не надо заряжать, значит без разницы где хранить...
И материалы разные есть Luminova, есть Super-luminova
