1) When and where is the 2018 P-Day again?
Have you been drinking again? The 2018 P-Day XVII is going to be held in Hong Kong.
The main event dinner will be on Nov 10th (Sat), and get your schedule fixed like NOW!!
2) What is the plan?
The planning of the 2018 PDay HK is broadly in place with details underway. Making your trip to Hong Kong an exciting and memorable one while connecting the Paneristis, both old and new, from all over the world is our ultimate goal.
With that said some joyful ideas we have so far are:
Nov 8th (Thu): Macau Trip
A day trip to Macau (the Vegas in the East) where our prince over there will show us the best side of the city (e.g. culture, history and all the parties), and we plan to stay overnight to win some PAMs from the Gold Sand or Mr. Ho.
Nov 9th (Fri): Hong Kong Tour
City tour of Hong Kong where you got to experience the local lives for a day and feel the vibe of East Meets West… Oh did we also mention about how Panerai eats all our money in the town?
Nov 10th (Sat): Main Dinner
Main dinner event and it is THE DAY which needs no further elaboration!
3) When should I arrive?
If you have all the time in the universe, do come in on Nov 7th (Wed), or earlier.
Freshen yourself up for the night, and join the gang to Macau on the Nov 8th (Thu) for a day trip, and come back to Hong Kong on Nov 9th (Fri) where lots of other excitements are waiting for you.
If your schedule is tight, just make sure you show up at the door on Nov 10th for the main dinner event. It will be a kick *** night out and make sure you bring your liver and know your way home!!
4) Where should I stay?
Steadyyy… we have been in touch with a few hotels and bargained some better deals for our fellow visiting ristis like we are buying Pams. Our recommended hotels are located in Tsim Sha Tsui and are convenient for everyone… This will be make known once your registration is successful :>
But WAIT… have you booked your air ticket yet?
5) What is the cost?
It will be US$300 per person which is similar to the previous PDays, and covers:
- Nov 10th (Sat) evening cocktail & dinner event
- Shuttle Bus from Tsim Sha Tsui to the dinner venue (round trip)
- Souvenirs you will bring home and proudly show off to your mates such as a cool designed T-Shirt and many more
- Countless fun & memorable times with new and old friends
For the rest of the activities they are open for your participation at additional costs. You will be asked to indicate your attendance to the activities for our arrangements once we confirm your attendance to the PDay.
Below are the cost estimates for your reference:
Nov 8th (Thu) Macau Trip: Approx. US$310 which will include
i) round trip transportation between Hong Kong and Macau
ii) hotel accommodation at Okura,
iii) bus tour in the city with Tour Guide, and
iv) fantastic lunch & dinner of local flavour;
Should you choose not to stay in Macau for the night, the cost should come down to about US$130; For those who would want to share room with family, putting the numbers together and it will be about US$440 for two inclusive.
Again this is broadly an estimate, and the final cost is subject to number of attendees and your choice of hotel.

6) Now… How does the registration work?
Remember… just like the previous PDays this is a registration of interest.
Send an email to our official email:
pdayhk2018@hotmail.com with subject “Registration for PDay HK 2018”.
In the email provide to us your
i) full name
ii) home address
iii) email address,
iv) paneristi.com login name (if any)
v) your mobile phone number so we know you are seriously interested in taking part of the PDay 2018.
Depending on the number of registration received, we will get back to you with confirmation of attendance and only until then payment of the PDay HK 2018 will be collected, while you will also be asked to indicate your attendance in other events (at an additional cost).
7) What if I have questions?
