In response of my request to your company I received the answer from Service Center OMEGA in Russia. Unfortunately it is that company I have already contacted about my problem - for 3 times!
At first I addressed my complaints when the watch stopped working, I got back my watch from Service center and I found out that it didn't work because the spring broke! That means I got back defective watch! I returned it to the Service center and received back again defective watch - it stopped working in 2 days. I contacted the seller - Mercury company, together with the director of the shop we came for diagnosing in Service Center OMEGA - they repaired the watch but didn't establish the reason of the defect.
That day after repairs the watch didn't go again! The seller refused to take the watch back because we don't know the reason of its defect. Service Center OMEGA can't establish this reason in my presence because they don't have necessary equipment. Finally I bought the watch in February, now I can't use the watch and I can't get it back to the seller at the same time.
Now I take the matter to court of Russian Federation to help me in solving this question. And also I wrote about everything at Russian web-site covering different kinds of watch -
