На счёт "завышает давление", "не уточняет какие колбы" - я ничего не могу сказать. Я ориентируюсь на информацию производителя.

Keep in mind that interpretation of Radiation laws (I and three of my staff are now trained "radiation officers" in keeping with requirements) can be daunting. And do seem to change from time to time depending on who is doing the "interpreting".

Кстати поправлюсь - ровно 100 нельзя, но поддерживают 90-100 диапазоны.
Ball не пишет на сайте о давлении. В отличие от других производителей, того же Deep Blue, который тоже делает часы с flat-tube
