I've read a lot of helpful reviews from this forum and I wanted to share my experience with the
Archimede outdoor protect. I've had the watch a little under a month now and I'm starting to see rust spots. I never took it into the ocean but did wash my hands with it on a couple of times. I came across another thread [Archimede Outdoor Protect Bracelet and it looks like this may be a common issue for the bracelet. My watch however, rusted on not only the bracelet but also the case itself. I've attached some pictures for you all out there. I hope this is helpful to all of you out there. I was really bummed out to see this happening b/c i really liked the look of this watch. Maybe the salty air in hawaii was just too much for it.

Hello all! I purchased my outdoor protect three months ago and just had one of the hood links fail on me. These hood links are pieces of curled up steel rather then solid like the other links. The link that failed seems to be extremely thin; much thinner the the matching link on the other side of the case. One of my pictures shows the paper thin steel next to the full thickness curl that broke off. This appears to be a manufacturing defect. I have two questions though; has anyone else heard of this happening, and how fast does Archemede resolve this sort of issue.
I really love this watch and hate I can no longer wear it
