1. You need to figure out how to get rid of that loctite effect. Maybe it'll be gone after some heating, it's up to you to investigate it.

2. After that you may accurately glue the screwdriver sting to your messed screwcap using superglue and unscrew the screw. The main danger is not to glue screwdriver to the link body also, only to the screwcap.
