Just to clarify about why we currently don't include Boxes to many countries including Russia with free Registered Airmail.
When the box is included the package looks a lot more expensive and this can cause problems with
a) Customs Duty
b) Theft
However, we have been told that for Russia, customs duty is not a problem because the allowance is $500. So we are considering to include the box free of charge to Russia.
Can you give your opinions on this? Will including the box for all shipments to Russia cause problems with Theft and Customs?
- Right now we include boxes to USA, South Korea, Japan & Australia only.
