Может поможет, помимо силиконовой замазки

I had this happen on an earlier Sumo. The bezel was very difficult to turn. I tried all the tricks that people suggested: If you've taken it into salt water, make sure to soak in some lukewarm or cold water for an hour to loosen up any salt; run it under water for a while; try the waxed floss trick as others have done on the crown; etc.

None of them worked for me. Finally, what I did was to remove the bezel myself, following some very careful instructions given by other more experienced forum members. I removed the rubber o-ring, added a very thin layer of silicone lube, and tried it again. It still did not move very well, and I ended up making a slight adjustment to the bezel "ratchet" that was sticking up (not sure if that's the correct term). Bingo! Doing this solved the problem.
