The Manuel tells you how to dive in the watch, if the damage is caused by the crown not being pushed in, the watch will not be covered by warranty. The watch is covered by any movement issues like timing or if the watch stops working in your 5 years.
We recommend services every 3-4 years to keep the watch working in optimum condition these are chargeable but they are completely your choice.
