This is an Ostwok Admiralskie windup Russian watch, that is a new old stock watch, probably from the 1990's. When I researched about Ostwok, I found out it was a Swiss based company, and on the packaging, you will note a Swiss address; and this company tried to sell Russian watches in Europe, using their own brand, but from the manual, which states that the watch is from the same supplier of watches to the former Soviet Army, then this watch was probably direct from Vostok also, but packaged with a Swiss company brand (Ostwok). Unfortunately, Ostwok went bankrupt in the late 1990's
