После покупки часов попросил вернуть VAT/ Получил ответ:

Unfortunately, as our terms and conditions state:
"7.1 All prices are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) charged at the current UK rate based on your delivery address.
7.2 No VAT is payable on items exported from the EU, but this does not affect the amount payable to Watch Shop Ltd for your purchase"
We are unable to refund VAT. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Понял, что отказали, но не понял почему (воспользовался онлайн переводчиком - бред). Можете пояснить почему отказали. Заранее спасибо.
P.S. Заказ делал 02.04., отправили в тот же день, а сегодня уже в моем почтовом отделении), но еще не получил.
