Having a diffirent movement mentioned on the Dial and caseback, it seems is common. Perhaps Citizen have updated the movement without reproducing dials.
If you look at the official Amazon images for a similar model (In terms of functions) you will notice the same issue (You can enlarge the pictures to ready the dial and case back)
