Кто что может сказать про эти часы в частности и про бренд в целом?
Можно ли считать их щвейцарскими часами? Продавец говорит что механизм ЕТА, но не уточнил какой. Просит за них 40 долларов, стоят ли?

Swiss patent No 34,984 was granted 4 th November 1905 to GIUSEPPE CITELLI of La Chaux de Fonds for a repeater mechanism and transferred to PICARD & CIE, FABRIQUE GERMINAL 9 th June 1906, British Patent No 14,462 was granted 10 September 1907 to E PICARD, the company continued to be listed for repeaters, ultra flat and chronographs watches for many years and in 1966 were used by the Waltham Watch Co ( the Swiss company, not the American one) the Waltham company were absorbed into Societe Des Garde-Temps Sa in 1970
