When I say that Rekord moved their business to Italy I can only refer to an article published in the biggest Russian magazine "Мои Часы" / “My Watch” (№6-2009). They mentioned about the project “Soyuz-KGB Agent” moved in Italy.
If you look at the site of Rekord the last news was dated in the year 2006. In 2006 they began to promote the Soyuz project (BaselWorld 2006 and Inhorgenta 2006).
Now to find Rekord watches in Russia is very hard. We can say that the company evidently is out of business in Russia. If you can notice many Soyuz watches in Italy it means their business somewhere in Europe definitely (closer to the main market).
Just in case, here is the site of Soyuz watches – KGB Agent (but maybe you know it): http://www.soyuz-watch.com/index.php...tion/kgb_agent
Pay attention at this line on the site page: 2010 © Product of Branton Commerce Ltd. All rights for the SOYUZ® trademark are reserved.
If you google “Branton Commerce Ltd.” you will find “Soyuz watches”.
What company is Branton Commerce Ltd.?
The founder and co-owner of Rekord is Давид Петросов / David Petrosov. Who is the owner of Branton Commerce Ltd.? If it is David Petrosov again I won`t be surprised.
Orion Travel you posted is an interesting watch, but I`d prefer it in stainless steel.

By the way, Michele, I`d like you to pay attention also at this source: http://www.btk-online.ru/search/?subr=1087
This site is Большая телефонная книга Москвы (БТК) / Moscow Big Telephone Book. On this two pages you can see the adresses of Moscow companies involved in watch business.
Tante belle cose!
