Очень рано "Капитанский" хронограф, ЧК-28, 1952.
 

Dear forum members, Уважаемые члены форума,

A few months ago I bought this nice watch. It is a very early 'Kapitanski' as we name this watch.
The date code is 2-52 and the serial number is 00145. Later in 1952, the movement was slightly modified to make it possible to offload the mainspring without to remove the chronograph module.
My watch does not have this modification, so it is very rare. I am happy to show it to you.

It seems kind of funny, that engineers obviously forgot about this essential service hole on the chronograph module plate.

I imagine them one day asking themselves "how do you unwind it? oh crap! "
