Help me to restore unusually Vienna clock

You can call me Sky guys Today I need some help from anybody I don’t know this my best change or not but hopefully it will My friend in Thailand had given me this parts of clock mechanism He told me this is Vienna regulator clock which have unusually function when it strikes Because he told me it will strike on III (3) VI (6) IX(9) and XII (12) which normal Vienna clock will strikes on VI (6) and count the hours on XII (12) right? Yeah at this time I think you might understand but the problem is He also told me the strike part is missing (I prey that it will missing only the 2 gongs I hope) so he hopes I can try to restore it I’m not the Clocksmith I’m just a junior clock collector I can only fix some normal issue ( such as set the hands or winding or oiling it ) but creating new missing parts of clock might be impossible to me so I had upload some images for you to see too If you have a mechanism (which working) like my images would you mind contact or send your images (of a missing part that I’m looking for it) to me please?
