Daniel Malchert, проработавший на Nomos Glashutte больше десяти лет, в том числе принимавший участие в сборке лимитированной Wempe Chronometerwerke Tourbillon, решил попробывать себя в самостоятельном предприятии.

Первая модель SCHLOSSBERG базируется на калибре Nomos α и имеет диаметр 36мм и высоту 6,5мм.

The color might have thrown you off, though; in Malchert’s workshop almost each one of the 100 components is finished by hand. Graining the movement gives it a fine, matte appearance, while gold plating makes it bright, luxurious, and beautiful. No Glashütte ribbing or Geneva waves for this movement; the frosted finish is more than enough to decorate it. Looking closely, you will also see that the edges have been smartly beveled and polished, while the jewel bushings, screw heads and all other steel parts have been mirror-polished. Each and every movement has a registered serial number.
