Кто что может сказать про эти часы в частности и про бренд в целом?
Можно ли считать их щвейцарскими часами? Продавец говорит что механизм ЕТА, но не уточнил какой. Просит за них 40 долларов, стоят ли?

Company formed 1848 as MEYER FRERES in 1895 PICARD & CIE registered trade marks for watches and watch parts, in 1901 the company was reformed under the same name, the trade marks of BLUM & FRERES MEYER were transferred to Picard & Cie after 1902. Swiss patent No 34,984 was granted 4 th November 1905 to GIUSEPPE CITELLI of La Chaux de Fonds for a repeater mechanism and transferred to PICARD & CIE, FABRIQUE GERMINAL 9 th June 1906, British Patent No 14,462 was granted 10 September 1907 to E PICARD, the company continued to be listed for repeaters, ultra flat and chronographs watches for many years and in 1966 were used by the Waltham Watch Co ( the Swiss company, not the American one) the Waltham company were absorbed into Societe Des Garde-Temps Sa in 1970
