Please Ship Your Packages as Soon as Possible
To avoid unexpected delays due to changing courier policies, we recommend that you ship any merchandise in your suite as soon as possible. You can create a ship request from your Inbox.
Important Information About Couriers
We want to help you get your merchandise as quickly as possible. Please keep this information in mind when creating your ship request:
•Effective 22 January, FedEx will no longer accept shipments to Russia
•DHL has stated that they will accept shipments processed by 5:00 PM EST (GMT -5 hours) on 24 January. In order to meet this deadline, you must submit your urgent ship request by 3:00 PM EST on 23 January.
•USPS is currently accepting shipments, but merchandise shipped by USPS is subject to certain size and value limitations and may experience significant delays.
When you create a ship request, you will see the most current list of available couriers. For more information, please see our Ship to Russia page.
"Shipping Advisory: The Russian Customs Authority has announced strict new limitations for personal use items. As a result, some of our couriers have imposed temporary restrictions on shipments to Russia:
• Effective 22 January 2014, FedEx will no longer accept shipments to Russia.
• Effective 24 January 2014, DHL will no longer accept shipments to Russia.
