Здравствуйте, сперва попробуйте пропаять лучше кварц. Раз изображение появилось, зачит есть генерация, значит конденсаторы как минимум рабочие. Два нижних конденсатора - умножители напряжения на дисплей, но раз изображение появилось, то и ни рабочие.

Если пропайка не помогла, замените кварц на болгарский ЗЕПЕ. Болгария выпускала такой формы кварцы.

I replaced the quartz and there have more chance to work but need more to do and definitely the capacitors are out of life.I read somewhere that both around the battery must be 0.1mF,but cannot find the value of the one that is near the trimmer.
Also when I light touch (not press) at the back give more steady display and can see the dot is blink.
Also cleaned the conductor rubbers and exchanged their places and also up and down position the effect is the same like on the video that I made.

Also once again-can you see again the trimmer position.On several places I can see it same position(more horizontal),but mine is in different angle rotated.Of course this may be because of the different value of the capacitor that is connected to it.I don't know.

I measured the capacitor that is connected to the trimmer out of the board-55pF.
I don't know if this is the real value.

Настало время перепаивать кварц. Точность уходила около 1-2 минуты в неделю.
Кварц 2x6 прекрасно встает в родную обойму, кварц 3x6 встает со скрипом и может коротить, имейте ввиду. Прекрасный корпус раннего образца хорошо сочетается с браслетом типа миланское плетение.

In the case of your problem, I would solder all the capacitors back to their original places. Then I would unsolder the original Soviet quartz and solder a new quartz (A 2x6 mm quartz will fit very well in its original places. You can see this in my attached photos.)
Next, I would completely disassemble the electronic watch.

You can completely wash the module in alcohol and dry it.
Also disconnect the contact rubber bands and lightly wipe the contact rubber bands and LCD with alcohol.

Next, assemble the clock completely and do not forget that the battery contact plate can short-circuit the gold tracks on the board. To avoid short-circuiting, use insulating tape.

Я к сожалению не знаю какие ёмкости у конденсаторов. Возможно вам кто-нибудь подскажет из знающих людей.
