Спустя 130 лет, фабрика Omega возвращает эту сложную функцию в свой ассортимент. Шесть лет потребовалось фабрике, совместно с BLANCPAIN, на разработку первого в мире полностью интегрированного механизма хронографа и репетира хронографа. Калибр OMEGA 1932 на сегодняшний день является не только самым сложным калибром за всю долгую историю Omega, но и технически совершенным механизмом с репетиром. Калибр OMEGA 1932 управляется через колонное колесо и имеет однокнопочное управление хронографом, "старт-стоп-обнуление", через кнопку на заводной головке. Дополнительная кнопка в положении положении "11" (Olympic 1932 Chrono Chime) или "2" часов (Speedmaster Chrono Chime) служит для активации сплит-секунд. Молоточки отбивают в трёх последовательностях: - низкая нота для минут, - двойная нота для десятой секунды, - высокая нота для секунд. Репетир имеет функцию безопасности для предотвращения непредвиденных манипуляций. Ракета “Спутник-1” 0290 Калибр 2624: суточник, 24 камня, точность -10+20 секунд в сутки, запас хода 40 часов, 18.000 колебаний в час. Циферблат выполнен из алюминиево-магниевого сплава АМг6 - из такого сделали внешний теплозащитный экран, покрывающий сферическую оболочку первого искусственного спутника Земли. Также в декоре используется глубокая гравировка и красная эмаль. Стальной корпус, выпуклый сферический сапфир. Стрелки - красная эмаль и Superluminova. ИМХО: круто сделано.
