I'd add that when preveshenii threshold , in my case $ 75 to $ 150 PERSONAL presence became necessary when placing your order in Moscow , for many residents of the regions is not possible.
What is the problem otpavkoy parcels DHL, as is done for example Stowa, Laco, Steinhart .... ? Postage with insurance administration is only 30 euros against 70 euros from FedEx.
Perhaps in Europe and FedEx is working properly but not in Russia .

От себя добавлю,что при превешении порога,в моём случае с 75 $ до 150$ возникла необходимость ЛИЧНОГО присутсвия при оформлении посылки в Москве,что для многих жителей регионов это не возможно.
В чём состоит проблема отпавкой посылок DHL,как это делают например Stowa , Laco , Steinhart.... ? Стоимость доставки со страховкой отправления составляет всего 30 евро против 70 евро у FedEx.
Возможно в Европе FedEx и работает должным образом но только не в России.

Придется судя по всему до Европы доставку перезаказывать, а оттуда старым проверенным способом доставки в 2 дня:)

Unfortunately we have to prefer this shipping courier, because of DHL delegate theirs authority to Russian Post and Russian Post is free of new regulations. A new Russian Customs regulations is irrelevant with Winter Games! For you information; admission of goods free of duty is 1000 EUR now and this value will reduce to 200 EUR approximately. Fucking Mr. Putin and Co. .............

You can any couriers If couriers is delegate theirs authority to Russian Post, because of Russian Post is free of new regulations.
