NOTE FROM HdR FORUM (Okeah Final Edition 1976-2011 Team work):

After the bad notice Volmax have doubled our serial numbers, we would want to express our greatest rejection about the unprofessional behavior of the Volmax Company.

It´s a serious disrespectful to their clients (300 owners of the Okeah F.E), and we never forget it. Make watches by doubling the serial numbers of 300 customers, is not only a disrespectful, it´s also a dishonest act.

Yes, business are business, but there are other honesty ways to make business.

The owners of the 300 Okeah F.E watches we paid the tooling cost to make the Okeah F.E, because Volmax had not the tooling. It was expensive, and they are now using our money to make more F.E watches.

The team work of the Okeah F.E watch, we were working more than 1 year, looking for information about the original Okeah 1976, making designs, plans of the hands... All this work, was violated now by doubling our watch collection.

The Volmax manager he promised us not to make more Okeah watches, "not today and not tomorrow".

The Volmax manager he promised us for many times "we will not make any Okeah watch because it´s not an interesting watch for our customers".

He is simply a liar.
Such a shame...


Also, I disagree the behavior or part of the Watch. Ru forumers.
Why? Because many people here wanted to make a "parallel" Okeah F.E edition, and we think it´s also a disrespectful to HdR forum.

Take for sure... If Watch.Ru would make a new project (for example, a reissue of the first Kirova ever made) and HdR forum like the Kirova, we just try to participate on this (taking contact with the watch.Ru administration), but we will not try to make "the same watch as yours" (fucking your Kirova edition).


We think we should work to look for respect between forums.

Also please kindly note I never thought ask Volmaks to make a copies.
I never have burn by this idea.
I never taking the part into conversations between Watch Ru and Volmax especially with request to make a copies of Spanish OKEAH whith the same serial nombers..
I never heard the same discussions!

That is why I bought this watch.

I'm deeply sorrow for this incident but i does not see my decision to buy this whatch as a disrespect to seniors from HdR forum in accordance with all above mentioned by me.

Bad story, blame to Volmax. I will never buy (or recommend Volmax to anyone) therefore. But see no problem with those, who bought these watches (this is fair, because these watches are on sale - what's the difference who buy it?). And please note, as far as I get, Watch.ru users didn't use your project to make watches.

Я согласен,что каждый волен покупать все,что угдно. Просто история вышла не очень красивая, хотелось получить экземпляр из лимитированной последней серии с личным номером, на легендарном и уже не выпускающемся механизме. Часы не стали хуже от этой истории, но неприятный осадочек остался.

Я не могу сказать, что именно океан меня зацепил, хотя за веткой следил. Но на Волмаксы целился (на Гагарина).

Ведь сам когда-то работал с зарубежными партнерами, они действительно много доверяют. На этом они и живут спокойно и работают, снижают свои транзакционные издержки.

Теперь из-за этой истории заказов Волмаксу на лимитки больше не видать, и слава пошла в кругах.

Если вы быстро-быстро не переходить на русский язык, я вас будет жестоко покарал! :)

Ну английский довольно путаный :) , правда ситуация экстренная.
Вот ясно было, что люди сильно расстроятся. По-прежнему, ситуация не выглядит для меня удивительной и при этом радость от обладания "условной лимиткой" не снизилась. Однако... где же обратная связь? Ну что-то ведь с Волмакса должны были бы сказать. :(

Ув. El Monitor! Я, как обладатель "оригинальных" F E Okeah, конечно же разделяю ваше мнение насчет производителя. Но, по-моему, форумчане, желающие приобрести часы не виноваты в сложившейся ситуации. Производитель, грубо говоря, поставил ультиматум: хотите часы- берите дубликаты! И нет их вины, что им очень нравится "ОКЕАН".
